if you get caught in a car with drugs can the officers charge you with what was found in the house that you left out of even if you didn't live in the house

They can CHARGE you with anything, but to convict you, the Commonwealth (prosecution) has to show that you were in actual possession (not the case here) or constructive possession, which means you exerted control over the drugs.
