Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was caught today with paraphernalia. In the report it said that there were ten items taken. This is my first offense and I was completely honest with cops and told them where everything was. I am 19 and I don't want to go to jail. Please give me an idea of what I might be facing?

If it's your first offense you may qualify for ARD. If you do you will get what amounts to probation, you'll have to do community service and pay fines and costs then if you stay out of trouble your charges will disappear. Which is better than being found not guilty as your arrest record won't be expunged.
