cell phone photos
I sent nude photos of myself to my boyfriend's cell phone. Someone stole the pictures off his phone, sent them to his own phone, and then passed them around his workplace. Is there any legal action I can take against this person?

Yes. You have a cause of action but you may want to think carefully about whether or not you want to pursue the case because the damages are difficult to calculate and the case may cause you as much or more embarrassment than the viewing of the photos.
