Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If I have been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroist threats, and intimidating a witness but the plantiff does not wan't to testify, should I take the plea agreement of 1 to 2 years?

You should talk to an attorney as soon as possible. This might be a good case to take to trial, and you might be able to get acquitted.
