Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

help..

if somebody is charged with attempted murder, but they did not shoot at the person, they shot in the air. is there a way to prove that the shot wasnt fired at the person? if the ''victim'' months later came and provoked a fight and injured the ''shooter'', can that be used in the case against the '' victim''?

Re: help..

Ballistics and crime scene investigation can show the tragectory of a bullet. As for the victims bad acts, they can be offered both for as they reflect on his ability to tell the truth and for putting his own interests before the interests of society. Further his action can be used as further proof of his reputation for violence if certain other circumstances exsist.

The case and the issues are best handled by an attorney who is familar with Homicide investigation and trial.

You may contact my office for further help should you be so inclined.

Good Luck.
