Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
charged with burglary but innocent
My boyfriend is being charged with burglary because one of the victims asked a friend if she knew anyone who fit the description. The girl answered it sounds like a guy named ''...'', Oh the girl said and gave information to police. My boyfriend had recently had another run in with the Police so when they heard his name, they did a photo line up with his picture and others. Even though all the victims described the suspect's face being covered, and all had him dressed a little bit differently, they picked him from the line up. Now one of the witness' is going around stating it wasn't him but her boyfriend is making her say it was. What can be done and how do we go about proving his innocence?
