charged with credit card theft
if i was with someone using a stolen credit card but didn't swipe the card or sign for any transactions what kind of trouble could i be in

You might be considered a co-conspirator even if you did nothing in itself that would be considered illegal. If all you did was drive them to the store where it happened. The act of driving isn't illegal but because as a result you enabled the person who used the card to use it, you could be charged.
