Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i was charged with a few crimes last year in pennsylvania...all my charges were dismissed because of evidence and the guy who had the complaint against me told the truth..i have received summons for court with the same charges pertaining to the same case..their trying to charge me and try me again...what can i do?

You should get an attorney. Double jeopardy does not exist at the Preliminary Hearing leve, so the State can file charges again if there is other evidence or if the witness is available.
