Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was charged with disorderly conduct 20 years ago. I never responded to the citation. I was never contacted until now. Is there a statute of limitation for this?

Not necessarily--if they set up a hearing and you missed it, but you might be lucky and maybe the policeman retired
You should have an attorney
If it is a local court, I would be glad to give you a break on the fee---I live near your area
