Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have been charged with Forgery. I signed a company check for 5000 and I was not authorized. The check was never cashed and I and company put stop payment. I am currently on 4 years probation for fraud with the Feds. Got a script in wifes name and used for myself. What will happen to me.
