Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I got charged with two different harassment charges. I was at a bar and was approached by a man and his brother. I told them both to get away from me several times before I shoved them away from me. The one then got me in a head lock while the other struck me in the face several times. They then proceeded to call the police. Me and several other witnesses told the police what happened to no prevail I still got charged and they got nothing. I am not going to a hearing for this matter in front of a district judge. I don't know if this matters but on the citations they have all my information wrong. Including my name, address, and driver's license. They also whited things out on the citation. I am just wondering if there is anything you could tell me that would me beat these harassment charged.

You need a lawyer You would be very foolish NOT to go to the hearing--a warrant would be issued for your arrrest. You should see a lawyer about maybe suing the bar and the individuals who struck you and you should fight the charges.

Good luck

I am too far from you but I can refer someone in your area Sorry you had this misfortune.
