i being charged for harrasment

i being charged for harrasment from my boyfriend. he went to the cops and said i was . he did it bc he sexually assaulted me 2 days before he went a said i was. what can i do about it. what will i get for harrasment . i didnt say anything bad on the texts at all. just said why did u do what u did to me and that i was going to the cops for what he done.

It sounds to me like he is taking the position that the best defense is a good offense. This doesn't work real well for males with sexual assault charges, though. It could be that he is trying to get you to agree that you both drop the matter.
