Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I am being charged with identity theft, access device fraud, and receiving stolen property. Basically I'm being charged with using someone's debit card to withdraw $200 without permission from the card owner, and I was caught in the act by the camera at the ATM. I do not have an attorney because I can't afford one, and I do not have a public defender because the weeks prior to my arraignment have been chaotic and involved some major life changing events, and thus the approaching hearing had completely slipped my mind, and it is now too late to apply for the PD. I don't plan on contesting the charges against me, because clearly there is enough evidence to prove that I was the one committing the crime. It is also important to know that this is my first offense. Since I do not have any legal aid, I do not know what to expect from tomorrow's arraignment. Upon my arrest for this crime, I was very cooperative and truthful with the detective assigned to my case, and he was surprisingly nice to me in return. He told me I will probably just have to pay restitution and be put on A.R.D. Which plea would be most beneficial to me? And what will be the likely punishment for each plea?

It is very likely you will need to apply for the PD before the Court will accept your plea...What County are we talking about?
