Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my ex just got charged with kid porn.. 9 felonies n 6 mistermeanors.. my 13 yr old is the one who reported it n after getting a search warrant he was arrested n let out on 50,000.00 $ bail.. with this being the first time in trouble will he get jail time????
