Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Charged as minor in one state, charges dropped, case left open, then in trouble

On 8/29/04 i was currently 17 and arrested in Ocean city, NJ for possesion of drugs, possession of pariphanalia, and obstruction of justice. I went to court on 9/29/04, both possession charges were dropped, no fine or penalty was issued, but the case was to be left open to 6 months to see if i got in trouble or not. Now, on 11/3/04 i was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct, due to problems that were going on with a friend and another girl, i attempted to help a friend, which caused an argument. Now, although the other girl who was involved (also issued a citation) has a boss who is not only a fire fighter, but tied with police in our district. They are doing everything they can for our case, but we are going to court on 12/3/04. My question is, if there is a chance the state of New Jersey find out about this, will i go to jail? i was a minor at the time of the first incident, but i am currently 18, and terrified. Although, i think the people who are helping think i am on probation, and was an adult at the time of the first incident, which i am/was not, they said if NJ does find out, a warrant may be issued for my arrest. if the 1st incident occured as a minor, would that result in les severity is NJ found out?

Disorderly Conduct is charged as either a Misdemeanor 3 or Summary Offense. Most usually it is a summary offense. Generally speaking summary offenses are treated like traffic citations and would not trigger a notice to New Jersey. In either event, you need legal consel to protect you and attempt to secure an acquital if possible (Why take chances?). I Offer free consultations. I accept credit cards and offer payment arrangements.
