Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Being charged �5503(a)(4) & 18 Pa.C.S. �4904 based on �VC3802(a)(1) conviction, after answering no to 11c on gun application "Have you ever been convicted in any court or felony, or any other crime, for which a judge could have imprisoned you for more than 1 year?". Suitable defense saying penalties do not meet requirements of question 11c?

Depends on whether the 3802(a)(1) was your first DUI or if it was a 2nd, 3rd etc.
