The first thing you need to do is hire a criminal defense attorney. A good lawyer will contact all the parties and figure out a way to resolve this matter, without impacting your criminal record. Sometimes, you can get things resolved without even having the court get involved. If you would like to talk more about this case, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Otherwise, hire a criminal defense attorney right away.
