Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

help on my charges

i was arrested for posession of narcotics with an intent to distribute. i had bags to put the narcotics in and a scale. i was also driving under a suspended license and was pulled over in a school zone. i was wondering what is the worst case scenario and possibly what i could do to get a sentenced reduced.

Your question is not so simple. No straight answer exists with regard to your maximum or expected sentences without knowing more about the case and your prior record. Also, you may be eligible for some type of intermediate punishment, but that depends more on the county where the arrest took place. good luck.
