Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
charges
my formal employer filed charges against me for stealing, now they refused to pay me my last two paychecks, advised my 401K company not to pay me, are they allowed to do that, have not went to court yet, or trail?

Re: charges
they can withhold your salary and you can sue them to get it back. i think you own your 401k and they can't do anything to that. in fact, i think you could sue them for interfering with it. you may also be able to sue your 401k company for violating their fiduciary duty to you. i am not 100% sure of this answer though.
