Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
charges are pending against me for a payday loan that i never filed for nor did i receive the funds.
i have not recieved any information on the payday loan, company, or charges. all i received was two phone calls requarding this matter. what do i do and what can i do reguarding this matter

There are some fairly simple ways of making these types go away. It requires you to write a letter demanding proof of debt. Sometimes they'll never answer and will go away.
If they don't and try to sue you for it they will need to provide a copy of the contract you signed which if you never signed one they can't produce.
You should also file a complaint with the Attorney General.
