someone called the cops cause me an my boyfriend were arguing, they said there was domestic violence commited on me by him, we were both highly intoxicated. I dont remember him doing anything to me except us arguing, i dont remember talking to the cops.Commonwelth is pressing the charges, but im the victim an the only witness didnt see anything except us arguing he is in jail agravated assult, an a few other charges, how can i get these charges dropped since im the victim an i dont remember anything, the cop is being very ignorant. An im the only one who would know what really happened.... An i dont want to testify because i honestly dont remember an i dont want to lie agianst him an say things that arent true. An the cop is threatening me to testify agianst him or he will put me in jail. What can i do to get him out , an still protect my self.

You need to speak with a lawyer. You have constitutional rights including the right not to incriminate yourself. The fact that there was potentially a mutual scuffle would probably give you 5th amendment protection against testifying. I offer free initial consultations.
