charhes on phone theft
how do you fight chargers on a phone theft when your phone was taken first and you took that persons phone (whom left it on a table) to get yours back.

First of all, you say nothing to anybody, including the police and this 'victim'. Then, you get a lawyer to make the State prove their case.
