Child issues

I recently had a search warrnt served on me for child abuse/neglect/porn and was thrown in jail....I never took pictures like that but my wife did when we were married...My ex wife took pictures and put them on my computer which is where they were found when i had my computer recently repaired..Can i be charged for something my ex put on my computer even though i didn't know they were there?

It is very important that you consult with an attorney who will be able to effectively defend you in this matter. Through analysis, it will be able to be shown when the photos were downloaded, and when they were viewed, etc. If what you are saying is true, you have a valid defense.
