Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i was given a citation for public intoxication on saturday nite. my bac was .18. this is my first arrest. there is no fee on the ticket. i assume i have to appear before a judge. do i need a lawyer? what are the possible reprecussions from this. please help. thankyou
