Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
No citation, but will I still get in trouble?
I got pulled over last night with
marijuana in the car, the cops let us go
that night. My friends and I never got a
citation, but the cop who pulled us over
told me (the driver) to come by the
station to talk the next day.

Potentially. Depending on how much marijuana you had on you at the time of the stop he/she could charge you with possession of a schedule one controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. E-mail me at [email protected] if you would like to further discuss this matter.
