It is possible but a lot depends on the County and even the particular Judge that entertains a Petition for Expungement. Some Judges and attorneys are of the opinion that a guilty plea or conviction in Pennsylvania may not be expunged unless it was for a Summary Offense. I've argued that because the statute in question specifically states certain convictions or pleas that the Court has no authority to expunge that the Court has authority to expunge convictions or pleas not included but a literal reading of the statute supports the other point of view since it specifically describes situation where a conviction may be expunged.
