I disagree with the previous answer. If you have never been convicted of PWID in the united states and no gun was found or involved int eh case at all, and the prosecution is in state court, the mando is 3-6yrs.

If you have been previously convicted of PWID anywhere in teh united states or if there was a gun involved in anyway, it is a 5-10 year mando.

If this is in federal court, the above answer doesn't apply.

Also, you may be eligible for state ip if the DA and the Judge agree to it. You may. No guarantee.
