co-defendent cases
Is it a law that in a co-defendent case, that if one defendent case get dropped, that both gets dropped.

It is NOT a law that if one co-defendent's case is throw out that both get dropped. There are many many reasons for this answer. Feel free to email or call with any additional questions.
