Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Collateral order appeals
I am about to file an appeal of a non-final order, or collateral order. It seems as if all the case law that I have read never grant such appeals under this catagory. Is there hope? Have you ever known one to actually get accepted? It is always one prong that never makes it.

Re: Collateral order appeals
It is difficult even if the other party agrees. A friend of mine recently had one granted and he had worked on it for a considerable period of time.
