Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

College Mishap

I am a recent college graduate. Recently I went back to school to visit my friends and we were messing around tricking freshman into drinking urine out of an empty tequila bottle. The kids told the administration and they are going to crack down on my friends unless they give them a name. I am curious if there is any sort of legal trouble I can get in for performing such a prank. There was no force involved, simply peer pressure, and the kids picked up the bottle and drank it voluntarily. anything you could offer me would be of help and ease my mind, thanks!

Well, you could be sued for several personal injury torts and you could be prosecuted for assault and battery.
