Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
complainant arrest discovery contradicts his testimony at the prelim. will charges get dropped at trial? what are my chances in beating my case. he has criminal record. i don't. no witnesses

No lawyer can tell you what your chances are based on this amount of information. I can tell you that it is highly unlikely the prosecutor will simply drop all of the charges, although he may offer a plea bargain to lesser offenses if he feel he can't win the case. If not, you would have to take the case to trial and let a judge or jury decide.
