Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
A complaint was filed against me because I allegedly grabbed my groin and told someone they "Have no balls" - I was told by the detective it could be "disorderly conduct" - I told the detective my version of the events and he said he believes it will be a closed matter - Who makes that determination?
