conspiracy theory

the police are saying I sold a undercover police officer drugs. It was not me (maybe someone used my name) I believe it's conspiracy theory. My family member have history with the local police department. The one cop said I'm a nuscence, yes I have been in trouble before but I'm innocent of this crime. What would be my best strategy for using this defense?

The best strategy would be to have an iron clad alibi supported by some type of documentation. Absent that, it all depends upon identification and credibility of the witnesses.
