Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Rape is proceeding to have sex, particularly where you use force, with ANYONE, anytime after they say "no", or "stop." What is needed to prove it is too broad a topic to discuss here. Where the person is underage, any sex with someone older is statutory rape. In PA, I forget the specifics, but where the person is underaged, but the other person is only 2 years older (as I recall), it is not statutory rape. So where a girl is say 15, having sex with someone 17, I believe that is not considered statutory rape, but you need to read the statute.
