Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
no contact
My boyfriend's parole has limited contact with me as a stip due to something he did back in 2003. It is over and done with, he got mixed up with stupid stuff, we want contact and his PO keeps giving us the run around! Please tell me what to do.

Re: no contact
If you can't get the PO to request that the no contact provision be lifted, your boyfriend, through an attorney, would have to file a motion with the court to request that contact me allowed.
If I can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
