Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Contraban

Prisoner told gards that I brough in pot to him after he was caught with it on him. I did not bring pot into the prision for him or any one else. This is my first time I was arrested and have a clean record. Now it's his word against my word. He is out of prison now and the state is using him as a witness.

These cases can be somewhat serious. Make sure that you review this case with a private lawyer or your public defender. Read the affidavit of probable cause and see your actual charges.
