Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am a convicted felon. I served 41 months in Federal prison, and was released about six (6) years ago. Upon release, I had three (3) years of "supervised release" which I completed; which means that I have been completely free for more then three (3) years now. My question is this: as a felon, am I allowed to travel to Canada ? Am I allowed to cross over to Niagara Falls, Canada (for vacation purposes) and then be allowed to re-enter the United States ?
