can a convicted inmate of third degree murder get a sentence reduction at some point? in pennsylvania?

If he was already convicted and 10 days have passed since his sentence, the only thing he can do is file an appeal. However, if he is doing good in jail perhaps later on what you could is petition the court for early parole.
