Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I Had conviction in 2000 in PA for Theft By Unlawful Taking. Went to ARD in 2005 it was expunged. I've currently been offered a positon in a new company that requires a background check be completed on me. Is there any chance of this conviction/arrest showing up in the background check? This is just a normal background check for an IT position.
