Corruption of minors

My daughter had a party and they have charged me with corruption of minors because one child said i said he could help himself to a beer in which i did not what is the penatly for this

If you were a first offender a period of probation and a fine would be the most likely outcome. However, the social stigma of that conviction would be a far greater penalty. You neeed to speak to an attorney and not talk with the police. I offer free consultations.
