Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Cost for preliminary and regular hearing.

Hi, I have been charged with Possesion of Marijuana(small amount), paraphenalia, careless driving, running stop signs, fleeing and eluding, and speeding(18 over). I would like to know what you would charge for a preliminary hearing and the regular hearing and how you would bill me(hourly, set price?). I have not chose any lawer yet and would like to know if you specialize in cases like this. If you cannot give me an exact price, please give me a round-about price. Can cases like this be settled in the preliminary hearing? Thanks so much....Denny Wolf
