Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have court in may for harrasment n terroristic threat. I'm told I need to be fingerprinted before court but it's at the prison. My question is am I getting jammed up in there??? Or will be able to walk out after being printed and make it to court without police escort??

Yes if you are not in jail they fingerprint you and you go about your business. Don't get fingerprinted and you will be jammed up.
