Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
court hearing
my step-son's house was raided. my son was arrested.My son did't have any drugs on him,nor does he reside there. he is however on probation. he has a must trial date comin soo. What does that mean ? If these charges are dropped how does this affect his coming before his back judge. he is currently on probation.
