Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Court Order
I have a court order stating that the judge has ended my parole and all supervision. afterwards the common wealth of pennsylvania board of probation and parole said they still have a right to supervise me , regardless of the court order.
Does the court order over rule the common wealth ? Can the judge overturn his previous court order? So basically what I am asking ,,,, am I off parole?

Re: Court Order
The real question is whether your initial sentence was a state sentence or a county sentence? If the amount of time you received, from your initial sentence, was 1-2 years or more, then you got a state sentence. Te reason this is important is because if you have a state sentence only the state parole board can terminate your supervision. If you got a county sentence then only the county judge can supervise you with some minor exceptions like megan's law.
Please email or call if this is unclear. Good Luck.
