went to court, in pennsylvaina, and had 2 misdemendaor charges, da wihtdrew one and changed the other to disorderly conduct*summary offense)I wrote a letter to the judge stating that i want to withdraw my plea, she granted it and held a hearing. i didnt go to court and the case is closed since the previosus time can she issue a bench warrant for not appearing

Let me get this straight you gave up a plea deal that resulting in nothing worse than a disorderly conduct? Why in God's name would you do that? Then you blew off the hearing. Do you really want to go to jail?
Yes she can issue a bench warrant. You actually can look up the status of your case online at the AOPC site.
