Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
court
my wife was upset with me and filed a criminal complaint and i got arrested. i am totally not guilty and we are currenty back together. how do we make this go away. she no longer wants to pursue these charges. can the charges be dismissed before i appear in court?
