Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Coworker A has a child with luekemia. Another coworker B sponsored a fund raiser which many employees participated in to raise money for the child. The items purchased were provided however the money raised that was to go to the sick child was pocketed by coworker B. Are there any charges that can be brought against coworker B for her deceptive and false attempt to raise money and her failure to forward the funds raised to the family that it was intended to go to?

Yes, charges could be brought. You could contact your local police department or the district attorneys office in your county. The other option would be to contact an attorney. The attorney could send a demand letter to her.
