I was arrested 16 yrs ago ant he charges were dropped, however it is keeping me from getting a job. I have had federial background checks since then, I even have a permit to carry, but i cant get a job driving a school bus.

If the charges were dropped, you should be eligible to get to get the record of your arrest expunged. The expungement process takes a few months. You need to consult with an attorney who can assist you with the Petition.
