Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
criminal
my brother comitted an armed robbery,this is his second offense,he did 5yrs out of ten,he was on parole when he comitted the second one.when he goes back to prison will he have to finish his first prison term,and how much time might he get for the second offense.

hard to answer your question without more facts. however, if the first robbery was committed with a fire arm and he was convicted of robbery as a felony of the first degree, this new case could be a second strike under pa law, making it a 10-20 year mandatory case.
none of this is certain though without a much better description of the first and second cases.
