You should think about getting a new attorney. His opinion of the allegations could affect his ability to zealously represent your interests. Those of us that practice criminal law must set aside our judgements and be advocates for our clients.

That depends on the circumstances but you may want to get a lawyer with less of a judgmental attitude.
